0ttl is priced per Kubernetes cluster where it’s deployed. Each regional cluster represents a regional deployment (e.g., us-east-1, eu-west-1) that participates in global load balancing. If you have multiple clusters in the same geographic region (e.g., separate dev, staging, and prod clusters in us-east-1), each cluster is billed separately.

A global service is a single application or endpoint that 0ttl distributes across multiple regions to provide worldwide load balancing and failover.
